Casino Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&C’s”) apply to BetMGM’s Casino Welcome Offer (“Casino Welcome Offer”). You accept these T&C’s by opting in and making an eligible deposit. You can only claim the Casino Welcome Offer once.

1.2. These T&C’s are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (“GTC’s”) and include and incorporate the GTC’s (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTC’s). Where there is any conflict between the GTC’s and the T&C’s, the GTC’s shall prevail.

1.3. The Casino Welcome Offer is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (“BetMGM”). Please see the footer for further information.

1.4. The Casino Welcome Offer will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Casino Welcome Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

2. Who can Enter?

2.1. The Casino Welcome Offer is open to new players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (“your Account”). The Casino Welcome Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Casino Welcome Offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTC’s. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTC’s or T&C’s, your eligibility in the Casino Welcome Offer will automatically be voided.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Select the Casino Welcome Offer during registration which will be visible in the “My Offers” page in your Account immediately.

3.2. The Casino Welcome Offer is a package including Free Spins and (once the wagering requirement is met) a Cash Reward upon making 1 or 2 Eligible Deposits within the first 7-days from registration. This means that you can receive 2 sets of Free Spins and (upon meeting the wagering requirement) 2 sets of Cash Rewards if 2 Eligible Deposits are made.

3.3. The minimum Eligible Deposit is £10.00. If you claim the offer/s and do not make an Eligible Deposit (i.e., less than £10.00), the offer/s will not be available again.

3.4. The Eligible Deposits do not have to be the same amount but they will determine the level of your reward (refer to clause 3.5 and 3.13 for further details).

Free Spins

3.5. Make your first Eligible Deposit via the “My Offers'' page on your Account and receive the first set of Free Spins, which will automatically be added to your Account.

3.6. The amount of Free Spins received will depend on the deposit value:

3.6.1. £10.00 - £49.99 = receive 10 Wager-Free Spins.

3.6.2. £50.00 - £99.99 = receive 25 Wager-Free Spins.

3.6.4. £100.00 or more= receive 50 Wager-Free Spins.

3.7. The Free Spins are available on Big Bass Splash only, they cannot be transferred to any other game.

3.8. The Free Spins are valued at 10p per spin.

3.9. There is no wagering requirement attached to the Free Spins.

3.10. There is no wagering requirement attached to any winnings from the Free Spins, and winnings will be instantly credited to your Account. Winnings can be withdrawn.

3.11. Free Spins will expire within 3-days of being credited to your Account.

Cash Reward

3.12. Wager the same Eligible Deposit 35x for a Cash Reward (e.g. deposit £50.00 = £50.00 x wager 35x = £1,750.00).

3.13. The amount of the Cash Reward received will depend on the deposit value:

3.13.1. £10.00 - £49.99 = £10.00 reward

3.13.2. £50.00 - £99.99 = £50.00 reward

3.13.3. £100 or more = £100.00 reward

3.14. Bonus funds are excluded from the wagering requirement.

3.15. Once the Eligible Deposit is made, you have 7-days to complete the wagering requirement, before the offer will expire.

3.16. You may make and wager more than one deposit in order to contribute to the wagering requirement of this offer.

3.17. You may only progress wagering for one active bonus at a time, if you have more than one active bonus, wagering will be progressed in the order in which the offers were claimed and any subsequent bonuses will become active once the first is completed or expired.

3.18. Games contribute toward the wagering requirement in the following way:

3.18.1. Slots, Instants and Slingo - 100%

3.18.2. Live Casino - 0%

3.18.3. Table Games - 0%

3.19. Not all slot games contribute towards wagering. Please see the ‘General Promotional Terms’ for further information.

3.20. Once the wagering requirement is complete the reward will be available to claim via the “My Offers” page on your Account.

3.21. Withdrawals of your real money balance can be made without forfeiting your rewards.

Receive a Second Set of Rewards

3.22. To receive a second set of Free Spins and Cash Reward, make a second Eligible Deposit within 7-days from registration and repeat steps outlined from clause 3.6 to 3.21.

3.23. In the event that one or both of the offers have not been activated, or wagering requirements have not been met 7-days from registration, they will expire and will no longer be available in your Account.

Golden Silks Offer Terms and Conditions

Main Terms These terms and conditions (“T&C’s”) apply to BetMGM’s Golden Silks (“Golden Silks”). You accept these T&C’s by opting in and placing an Eligible Bet. You can claim the Golden Silks offer weekly during the promotional term (refer to clause 1.2). The Golden Silks offer is valid from 18th September 2023 and will run weekly between Monday to Sunday (“Promotional Period”) with up to x10 Profit Boosts on Horse Racing available across the week. Bets placed outside the Promotional Period do not qualify for the promotion and/or may receive a reduced number of Profit Boosts (see clause 3.2 for further information). Each Profit Boost may only be used once. How to Enter In order to enter, you must opt-in to the Golden Silks offer by selecting “Claim” on the Offer Card in the “My Offers” page on your Account. You must be logged in to your Account in order to do this. To receive all 10 Profit Boosts listed below you must opt-in and place a Qualifying Bet before the end of the last race on Monday. Should you opt-in and place a Qualifying Bet by the last race on Friday you will receive the Profit Boosts in clauses 3.2.2 and 3.2.3. By opting in and placing a Qualifying Bet by the end of the last race on Sunday you will receive the Profit Boosts in clause 3.2.3 only. Profit Boosts must be used on the days stated below:
1x 10% Profit Boost on any Horse Racing market each day (Monday-Thursday). 2x 10% Profit Boost on any Horse Racing market (Friday). 2x 20% Profit Boost on any Horse Racing market each day (Saturday & Sunday). Only the first bet (“Qualifying Bet”) made after opting in each week will be eligible for this offer. Should you place a bet and then “Claim” you will not be eligible for the offer. You must select the “Profit Boost” option on the betslip in order to place a Qualifying Bet. The maximum Qualifying Bet is £20.00. Should you opt-in and place the first bet after this which is in excess of £20.00, this will result in the offer being voided. The Qualifying Bet must be placed on a “Horse Racing” market and is only applicable to the win part of an Each-Way bet (Singles only). Winning bets are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0), you will receive 2x the odds at 4/1 (5.0). The cash out (“Cash Out”) value of the bet will be calculated at the original price of the bet, not the boosted price. If “Best Odds Guaranteed” is applied to your bet, the settlement will be determined by whether the Epic Boost or Best Odds Guaranteed is the higher price. The highest price will be applied and settled in your favour. Profit Boosts are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Winnings from the Profit Boost (“Extra Winnings”) are capped at £1,000. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn. The Golden Silks promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
